The bilateral cooperation agreement was inked between Iranian Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian and Russia’s Minister of Energy Alexander Novak.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Iran and Russia in the fields of economy, industry, transit, development of port services and also transport of goods.
